1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional) - we excluded this

FOR THE PASTA SALAD
8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)

french bread cut into pieces
1/4 stick butter melted
2 - 3 teaspoons olive oil

  3. Cut romaine into 1 inch pieces

  4. Toss the salad and pasta on prepared dressing

  5. Add chicken, croutons, bacon and shredded parm.
