Air Fryer Chicken Parm

What you’ll need: 

4 chicken cutlets 
Kosher salt 
1/3 cup all-purpose flour 
2 large eggs 
1 cup panko bread crumbs 
1/4 cup grated parm 
1 tsp dried oregano 
1/2 tbs  crushed red pepper flakes (can do less if you don’t like a kick)
1/2 tsp garlic power 
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 
Pepper 
Marinara
Mozzarella 
Parsley for serving 

How to make Air Fryer Chicken Parm:

  1. Lightly salt and pepper chicken 

  2. Place flour is a shallow bowl; season with salt and pepper

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs to blend

  4. In third bowl, combine panko, parm, oregano, red pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. 

  5. Work each piece of chicken through flour, egg then panko mixture

  6. Air fry chicken 390/400 degrees for 15 min until internal temp is 165 flipping once during cooking 

  7. Spread marinara on a greased cooking sheet and place fresh mozz in the marinara

  8. Bake in oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes until mozzarella is nicely melted

  9. Use spatula to put marinara and mozzarella on top of fried chicken cutlet.  

Serve with angel hair pasta prepared per instructions and salad!
