Chicken Stir Fry

What you’ll need: 

1-2 lbs chicken cut into small pieces 
Jasmine rice
Onions and peppers (I used pre cut but you can cut your own into strips)
Broccoli 
Asparagus 
Olive oil 
Lemon pepper 
Garlic salt 
Meat church blanco 
Teriyaki sauce 

How to make Chicken Stir Fry:

  1. Rub chicken with olive oil and season with lemon pepper, garlic salt and  Meat church blanco 

  2. Either cook chicken in air fryer for 20 minutes (until 165) or sauté on stove top 

  3. Boil water and cook jasmine rice per instructions 

  4. Coat veggies in olive oil and season the same as chicken and sauce in pan or wok covering to steam. Cook 7 minutes or until desired tenderness 

  5. When chicken is done toss in teriyaki 

  6. Put rice in bowl and top with veggies and chicken 

  7. Top with teriyaki 

Cook pot stickers as a side dish! We used Trader Joe’s and they are so easy and delicious!!
