Chicken Cordon Bleu 

What you’ll need: 

Chicken breast or cutlets 
Ham 
Havarti cheese
1/3 stick Butter 
Bread crumbs 
Parmesan cheese 

How to make Chicken Cordon Bleu:

  1. Place two chicken breast between parchment paper and pound thin (or use cutlets) 

  2. Melt 1/3 stick of butter in bowl 

  3. Place bread crumbs and parm mixture on plate. 

  4. Dip chicken into butter on both sides and then into bread crumb on both sides.

  5. Place one piece of cheese and one piece of ham and roll up and use skewer to hold in place.  

  6. Place on greased baking sheet and cook 385/400 for 25 to 30 minutes until chicken hits 165 degrees.

Doug serves this meal with brussel sprouts, potatoes and brioche rolls… highly recommend!

How to make Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts:

  1. Chop to desired size and toss in olive oil with greek seasoning (or any season you choose) 

  2. Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes until 

  3. Add chopped bacon into brussels if desired for flavor. 

    How to serve Brioche Rolls:

    melt butter and baste on top of rolls then add sea salt and bake until done
